This is the type of environment I yearn for.
I very much agree with you!
As an author of three books and a startup specialist, I like this video because it advocates caring, unlearning, continual learning and growth, truth, excellence, honesty, analysis, and the importance of asking questions. This incredible stuff resonates with me. I will be applying shortly.
This is an informative and motivational video. I love hearing the different reasons why Tribe members found Scribe a "beautiful culture shock". Not just an insight into a company but into a worldview!
This is a powerful, raw, and genuine peek into the sort of environment most growth-oriented people seek, but it is so rare to be a part of something like this. Rock on, Scribe Tribe! Thanks for the motivation to keep seeking something special and meaningful.
This is incredible. I thought teams like this only existed in my dreams! Applying right away :)
This moved me to tears.
Personal, real and dynamic! I love the sensitivity of everyone here, and the authentic delivery of the company message.
Deirdre, so well said! I love how authentic these people are.
I am greatly impressed with what is described as the Scribe culture: it is based on being genuine, being ready to continuously learn and grow, to dedicate oneself to facilitating the betterment of the world through facilitating the unlocking of knowledge. The philosophy of the culture deeply reflects the implications of a truly healthy and progressive tribal life.
Alright, I went through the process before and didn’t get hired and was so disappointed. I didn’t try again. I am now in the middle of Saudi Arabia with the latest Consutling gig. All my career I’ve maker huge sacrifices with my family and friends just to stay employed
Okay - I'm not quite sure how this adds to the discussion but I'm so happy you found a job - I doubt I'll make it either but still gonna try
I'm so in love with your culture and philosophy! It's the exact work culture I've been looking for - because, yeah, I'm an adult and can be trusted to act like one. :)
Also, I really love how it's a TEAM. And everyone truly cares about each other on a personal and professional level. Awesome! :D
Sounds fascinating - looking forward to finding out more
I'd be really interested to know how this tribe community work ethic translates into dealing with those who work remotely?
